Priorities - Pick your Favs

If you really want a plan for the holidays, you need to prioritize your food selections.  Most parties and dinners have plenty of options.  If you eat some of everything, you might not be able to keep your goals.  But, if you quickly select your favorite options and narrow it down to a few, you won't feel so overloaded.

Portions

Scoop small as you fill your plate.

This helps you stay focused; appreciate your food as you eat; and feel good after you're done.

Then, you have room to return for a bit of your favorite or just save room for dessert.

Plate
Pick a small plate - like, even a dessert plate for dinner.  Sometimes you might not have this option, but it's a quick and easy way to prioritize and control portions.
