But to all who did receive Him, who believed in His name, He gave the right to become children of God, who were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.
John 1:12-13
This verse is packed with important Truth we need to remember.
to all - God has offered this to all - all who receive, all who believe
He gave - This is a gift. God has done all the work and paid it all, we simply receive.
not/nor - Pay attention to what this is not. Not a single part of this is a work or plan of man. Our new life as His children was planned, purposed, and accomplished through Jesus.
